FOR ANY RETURN OR EXCHANGE INCASE OF CLAIM FOR DAMAGED PRODUCT, WE WILL NEED A UNBOXING VIDEO OF THE PRODUCT. WITHOUT THE UNBOXING VIDEO, NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE WILL BE PROVIDED. THIS IS DUE TO FALSE CLAIMS MADE BY PEOPLE.

 

Returns

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining store credit only, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product, subject to availability. Our team offers free returns for broken items within the 7 day exchange period. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased due to a quality issue on the Zeeya Luxury Jewellery website, please email us at zeeyaluxuryjewellery@gmail.com, and return the item at your cost by courier within 7 days.

We don’t do returns or exchanges if you think the product doesn’t look good on you or you don’t like it after you have received an item. Each piece is handmade to perfection for you. Please go to through all the images and videos or ask for more images/ videos if you need before you place an order so that you are not disappointed after your purchase.

How to return

To return an item, please email us at zeeyaluxuryjewellery@gmail.com. We are not liable for any damages caused to the product during transit. Please note that all products on sale or using any discount code, are non refundable/exchangable. The offer coupon is only valid once, and doesn’t apply on the exchange of any product. We offer free returns within 7 days for products that are received broken. After 7 days, returns maybe charged for broken items. All returns will be given store credit only. Please note – store credit is valid for 6 months from issue date.

Our Policy

Items should be returned new, unused, and with all Zeeya Luxury Jewellery packaging and tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Colors

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on Zeeya Luxury Jewellery website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
